Drywall is up and ready for the next step

December 20, 2015

So as you can see the drywall was loaded into the building rain and all.  Amazingly none of it got wet.  The next day Henry and his crew got to work.

This is the drywall in the kitchen area as it is being put up.

Insulation is in

December 16, 2015

Insulation has begun and is finished. Matter of fact it has been finished since October 21st. We hired Chey Insulation and they did a very nice job. Here are a couple pictures of the insulation process before and during. I could not stay in the building while the insulation was being sprayed it smelled awful and until it dries POSSIBLY toxic.

Building the back wall for the kitchen

Looks like the wall is melting

Spraying in the insulation

This is why I think it could possibly be toxic

November 1 , 2015
Wiring has kept us busy, The insulation gets sprayed very soon and we have to have all the wiring done that is on the outside walls and the ceiling of the second floor. plus get all the wires down to the junction box in the basement. It is amazing what a tangled mess it looks like but actually we know what goes where. Labeling is very important.
